Bad beat night

I haven't played much poker at all in the last two months...

I played with the Tuesday gang last night, $10 buy-in tourneys. We were only 5 players in the first tournament. I finished third. I caught some nice cards, and played pretty well. Me and another player were about even in chips, with another player very low stacked. The first bad beat of the night came like this:

I have :Ah :9h, flop is :9c :2d :6d

I lead out and bet $3000... the other big stack calls.

Turn :3h

I go all-in, he calls with :3d :5s. River is :3c

I played really well in the 2nd tourney, managing to finish 2nd out of 9 players. But the poker gods were not in my corner. Here are the three bad beats I had, when either I or the other player was all-in.

#1:
I hold :4d :4h, and I call a small raise.

Flop is :Tc :Td :Th... other player bets, I go all-in with my full house. He thinks, and calls with :Ad :6c.
Turn is :Ts... giving him the best hand with his :Ad kicker.

#2:
I hold :Ad :Qh. On the big blind. 3 other players limp in for $1000 each, I make it $5000 more to go. The small blind re-raises all-in for $4000 more, and I call. He shows :Qs :9h.

Flop comes :9d :9c :4c, turn :2h, river :Qd

He had three outs before the flop, and hit two of them on the flop!

#3:
I've survived the previous two bad beats and make it to head's up with the chip lead. I'm dealt :Jh :Js

Blinds are 700 / 1400... I raise it $3000 pre-flop, and he calls.

Flop :2c :5c :8d. I go all-in, he decides to call with :6h :3d.
Turn :8c, River :4s. Gives him his gut shot straight draw to three outs.

It was a fun evening nonetheless... and the fact it was for small stakes means I won't have nightmares about those beats!
